Peri Golan

Peri Golan served more than 28 years in the Israel Security Agency (the Shin Bet). Golan is the former Head of Southern Command and former Head of the Counterterrorism Division (equivalent in rank to an IDF Major General) for the Shin Bet.

Golan spent decades responsible for intelligence gathering, analysis of intelligence, and various counterterrorism activities.

He is an expert with practical experience, with broad knowledge of radical Islamist groups, and highly knowledgeable about the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict.

Peri Golan is a graduate of Israel’s National Security College (under the General Staff), and he earned his MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Golan currently works as a private national security consultant.
